Refunds, Exchanges & Returns Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.

  • If an error was made by us, we will replace the item free of charge.


2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

  • You will be notified by email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.

  • Refunds cover the product price only and do not include shipping costs.
